Hello and welcome from a stamp user. Through sending and receiving mail, I've discovered stroopwafels!
I too have my childhood collection.
I am a letter writer, snailmail addict. I send therefore I receive. I also manage a letter writing/correspondence forum called A World of Snail Mail and have a blog with some pictures shown on Instagram of incoming and outgoing post. Stamp themes - science, nature, postal history, maps, nice stamps.

So I am not the only one called crazy by their spouse... Like you, I returned to stamp collecting only the other year, after retirement. A warm welcome to StampBears. I hope you enjoy being in our friendly, not always serious, community. I look forward to seeing pictures of some of your stamps.
Michael, currently majoring on France to 1990, worldwide to 1930 and British Commonwealth from Queen Victoria to King George VI.
