Collecting Canada, US, UK, Ireland, Germany, France & Austria. Also collecting some classic era stamps of some British Commonwealth Island countries and topicals like WW2, Capt. Cook, Horatio Nelson.
A very warm welcome to our friendly den. I hope we will soon see pictures of some of your stamps.
You will soon see a specialised collection of KGVI and QEII stamps; also proofs of the Victorian era (and of course my collection of KGV). I am still buying proofs and very thin papers, and eventually they will be added.
I have sound knowledge in both George VI and QE II stamps and an up-to-date library of pre-decimal and early decimal Australian stamps. It's a privilege to be a part of this friendly den and will always be available if anyone wants to know about any Aussie stamp.

It looked ancient, I actually thought it was some medieval seal. You probably are not alone trying not to set the envelope alight, but practice makes perfect (even if it takes a lot of practice).
