I have a friend on Face Book "United States Stamp Collecting"
and he is looking for any input on this stamp
someone on another site told him that it may be from the left edge of the pane and the seperation of the panes was just cut very poorly.
I had told him that I find nothing in my "Scotts" catalog or my "Postal Service Guide to US Stamps" in regards to any unperf pairs of this stamp.
Any input will be greatly appreciated.
