Yes, 1956-1957 is the correct year range, as listed in both Scott and Michel. The only difference is Scott has 5 stamps described as I know the Steiner pages follow the Scott catalog most of the time.
It's just the longer I go the more I seem to come across these little mistakes.
I wonder, does Bill do all the updates himself or does he employee people to do it? That's just ALOT

When Bill started these pages he had help and some country pages are the reflection of the creator. I know many of the British empire pages were influenced by the more complete SG listing. Initially he made his source files available (PageMaker) but shut that down when people were taking his work and making money off of it. I did save all this files back in 2003 including the PageMaker source files but purchased another CD a few years back in part to support his activity. His pages are more complete (major and minor varieties) than any Scott album.
He has to rely on users to feedback errors or changes (like when Scott adds a new variety). I have spotted errors (mostly stamp box sizes or incorrect text inside boxes) and he has been updating them and do not believe he has any employees. Now, the Machin pages are pure Scott so I am going a completely different path since Scott is totally inadequate.
One telling aspect is that you now see stamps on Steiner pages in auction lots so has made the big leagues.
It would be great if he had a "alternate" version for some countries where he leaves off all those mini-sheets that are nothing more than the same sheet stamps in mini-sheet form. This may be why Scott ignores them.
