Very Old Tibetan Woodblock-Printed Book in 14 Pieces

The story that came with this 14-pane lot is that it's a Tibetan woodblock-printed document from c.1800. My research has determined that it's actually a Tibetan book, on machine-made wove paper, there's an embossed Russian paper-maker's seal on the first pane that was used from 1867-1917, and similar items are mostly in museums and private collections, such as mine 
Other than that, I'm not sure what the panes say, if they've been shuffled, or if this is even a complete book. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
