Hello, Brett & Family, and everybody else (our philatelic "family" here)!
Why would some hackers attack a STAMPS DISCUSSION forum?...Crazy...
Anyway, let's move on, learning what can be learned from such frustrating experiences.
I have updated my link to stampbears.net in this website of mine www.freewebs.com/dorinco:
"Global philatelic networking site: stampbears.net. Click below:
Stamp Bears World Wide Forum"
Back to square one; let me tell you about me:
I have corresponded and exchanged maximum cards with maximaphilist friends, partners and friendly strangers from all 7 continents!
So could you!
I prefer Wild Mammals on maximum cards, but I collect and create whatever else I find interesting, if and when I can afford it.
For a long time I had this in my email signature (but nowadays my blog Dorincard is set to Private; and I have to restart my Delcampe listings):
Philately (stamp collecting) in general, and maximaphily in particular, as a confluence of domains: learning, writing, web design, business administration, etc.
(laterdorincard.blogspot.com later)
dorinco.webs.com (same as www.freewebs.com/dorinco)

From this photobucket album, the most populated sub-albums are USA and Romania, under the sub-album World collections:
s289.photobucket.com/user/dorincard/library/World%20collections
s289.photobucket.com/user/dorincard/library/World%20collections/United%20States
s289.photobucket.com/user/dorincard/library/World%20collections/Romania
Maximaphily (especially the non-traditional one) could become one of the coolest hobbies, because it is at the confluence of:
- philately (stamps collecting)
- deltiology (postcards collecting)
- marcophily (postmarks collecting)
- scrapbooking (collages collecting)
- mail art ("artistically-personalized mailpieces" collecting)
When I say "collecting", I mean "creating and collecting".
