Do you go to the post office and purchase brand new stamps for your collection?

The same question goes for newer used also, my specialty. its tough to get many countries, often you must pay near un-used prices, and of course many stamps wont soak anymore . .
My US used collection ends 2005, personally I wish I wouldve quit accumulating new issues in the 1990s
