The Troubled Travels of Father O'Leary

(The fictional) Father Timothy O'Leary apparently likes to take a lot of trips. Over the past several decades, he's displayed an uncanny knack for turning up in some very troubled places around the globe. We like to think that sometimes he gets his mail, but sometimes it's returned to sender, and sometimes it just disappears.
In March of 1995, the elusive Father O'Leary was allegedly in Grozny, Chechenya as the Russians were leveling that city with armor. When this letter arrived in Grozny on May 29th, he could not be located, so it was returned to sender with appropriate markings.
