Hi all, I've just realised that I didn't introduce myself when I joined a while ago.
What can I say? I had a largish collection in my youth when I lived in London UK, that disappeared gawd knows where many years ago now. Now retired and living in Cornwall, I've started to accumulate stamps again, mainly from local general auctions. I have many GB FDCs (organised by date in folders) plus an accumulation of world-wide stamps that I'm trying to organise.
I don't have a stamp 'collection' as yet, apart from the FDCs, but am busy researching what could be possible given my current pile of stamps, old albums, stockbooks, glassines etc. so you'll see some basic questions from me on the board, trying to work out what will work for me.
