It isn't Stanley Gibbons or Scott # . It's not a Brookman Number. Does anybody know what it is ?

Thanks darkormex. I finally figured it out last night. It was on Stamporama in the Auction section. The only person to use it is Bottom Fish so apparently it is his own personal indexing or cataloging system. Why he didn't just use Scott Numbering like everyone else? It was for U.S. Stamps. I don't know if he had any Foreign stamps he was auctioning off or not. Thanks darkormex for replying.
