I found this while digging through my notebook full of covers. Note signatures of Bill Clinton (Governor of Arkansas at the time), Assistant Postmaster General, and the creator of the stamp.

My mother took my 2 sisters and twin brothers to Little Rock for this ceremony then stood in line to get autographs. They got this one for me.

Collecting Mexico, USA, and Confederate.
