Advert cover "The first American paint maker"

This is my most recently acquired advertising cover. It was a gift to me from my Uncle Doug."The first American paint maker, Devoe founded USA" Advertising Cover from Curwensville, Pa. but they have it spelled Curwinsville curiously? I recently lived in Curwensville, Pa and there is really nothing there anymore but I do enjoy local history so I was quick to accept it! 
August 24th, 1915
Due to the date I suspect this could be a #461 (6/18/1915 6/24/1915 type I. 11 x 11 S/L flat plate 18.5-19 x 22 carmine, pale carmine) ??
