The 10c Twain has the typical topical premium, but in case some are wondering why there is such a large premium on the 10c Bell, Bell Telephone ran a promotion using that stamp and purchased a very large quantity for the promotion. While it doesn't make the stamp scarce, the run up in price caused by the promotion carries over to this day. Most price fluctuations for modern (WWII and later) US stamps last for a few years at most -- the 10c Bell is one of the exceptions.
