Prexie BEP Pre-cancel Town List

This is a reference thread listing all the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) pre-cancel towns for each of the Presidential Series stamps (Prexies), including both the sheet and coil varieties. NO local pre-cancels are included; only BEP pre-cancels.
Because this is intended as a checklist, there are no pictures. The list is formatted as follows:
-- one post for each Scott number
-- single line for each pre-cancel city
-- each line will have 3 fields (# of known type-face varieties, state, city)
-- each list will be in alphabelical order of state, follow by city
The list was originally tab-delimited fields, but the forum text editor converts all tabs to a single space. If you want a tab delimited master list, or an Excel array list, then send me a PM with your email address.
Be fore-warned, some lists will be 100s of cities long. Hopefully, it will not exceed any board limits. I chose this way because it seemed the best way for members to copy and manipulate the list for personal use. It takes a lot more effort to make a “wrap-around” list delimited by commas and parentheses. Plus, that kind of list is very difficult to manipulate afterwards.
Page 1 of this thread will cover the ½¢ to 16¢ Prexies issued in sheet format. Page 2 will cover the rest, including the coil versions.
I only give the number of type-faces known for each city. I did not list the actual type-faces. If you need to know that, then you really need to get the complete pre-cancel catalog.
