Our gifts to our parents for Mother and Father's Day

My favorite gift to my Mom - When I was in Girl Scouts I made my mother a framed picture of a girl using bits of material. It was a profile view with a bonnet, dress, and pinafore. She was standing there watering flowers. The part that made it special was the hair off my head that made the hair coming out from under the bonnet.

Usually on Father's Day, we would make Dad breakfast in bed as he never did like receiving gifts. It was also his day to do whatever he wanted to do without me or my brother pestering him to do something with us (even though he usually took us fishing or to the park)

My favorite gift received - They are all very special to me.
