Greetings Ms. Bee >i< . I agree that it is a faux replica stamp. Only seventeen stamps were issued by Uruguay in that denomination and none with that design. I really think it is pretty clever, but have a hard time figuring how a blacksmith pertains to production process of brown rice. :-S . Respectfully,
