Ok ladies and gentlemen it is that time of year again..
we are starting our list early this year to make sure everyone is ready for the Christmas Cover!!! First a little about the covers.
This will be our 3rd year producing the Christmas cover... the crew at the Bear Den work for WEEKS to design the cover and the enclosures (there is something in side every year!
) and this year is no different.
Yes we are aware that not everyone celebrates Christmas and that is ok with us. If a member wanted to do a similar cover for another holiday please contact the admin team and we will help you set it up...
These covers are NOT sold.. they cost members NOTHING (except the time it takes to sign up).. we are in the first stages of planning and would like to get an idea of how many we need.
fair warning I WANT TO BREAK RECORDS!!! so here is how you get one -
Be a full member with 50 or more posts (at the time of sign up)
be sure that you have PM'ed me your mailing address if you are not already on the master list.
and book mark this thread so that you get notifications on updates to this thread.
that is it.. really that is all there is to it..
Now in the past we have been asked to produce covers for family members and loved ones, we ahve no problem with doing so within reason (i know you love your club but i am not producing 100 covers for them!!)... so this year this is how it will work -
Member and 1 other cover - free no worries
Member and 1 other cover And any more - please send the stamps needed to cover the extra's. we will take care of the cover and enclosures (you just take care of the postage)..
Deadline for sign ups this year is November 21, 2014 - this ensures production time and posting as close to the 1st of December as possible.
this will become a running list..
