I, for a short time, had the 2 dollar denomination but had to return it because it had faults that was unlisted in the auction and for the amount I paid I just couldn't justify keeping it. Oh well, all in good time I suppose?
oh shoot! I didn't mean to pick on you, It wasn't intended to be mean or anything like that. You are so knowledgeable on early US issues I just figured you knew that. Quite truthfully the reason the E3 is there in the first place was because I though maybe you would ask me about it so I moved the bottom row over to the left and placed that in there.
I can understand though as it's a Back Of Boook stamp and I'm no good with those either, at least without looking it up in a catalog anyway...
