Here is an interesting cover from Egypt to the US. There is no way to date it accurately because the date stamp on the front is only a partial strike with only a small part of the circle even on the front of the cover. Based on the stamp issue dates I am guessing late 70s or early 80s.
The cover was sent to the SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corporation) from The SC Office for Planning and Commerce (FAYK). There is no letter to read but I often wonder what the contents were...was this correspondence meaningful in some way that later impacted the Egyptian economy?
