guyana1230 had a thread Phonecards that brought back some memories.
I don't collect them, but I had a relative who used to be crazy over them. He easily had $1000s in face value of unused phone cards in his collection.
I'm an info addict, and the pack rat in me likes to keep stuff. I was able to fish out the 2nd issue of Moneycard Collector magazine. I could not find the inaugural issue -- I must have misfiled it.
Below is the cover from my October 1994 (v1n2) issue. Their final issue was November 1998. In the US, they were the last of the 3 major phonecard publications.
