Ok, sorry I haven't been around lately been very busy working away from home last several months and my stamping time has been incredibly limited. As a matter of fact I type this as I'm in Guyana and it appears I'll be here longer than I planned.
Anyway, to the point.
There's been a few new members to SeeMyStamps.com. I'm thrilled that you are using our image host and I hope everyone is satisfied with the site. I'm sorry I haven't been able to meet many of you and I look forward to conversing with you.
I really appreciate the scans you have been sharing. They are an inspiration to say the least....
BUT
SeeMyStamps is for images of stamps and images pertaining to our stamp collections. GIFS, Memes and Personal Pictures are NOT ALLOWED! Bottom line, if it's not related to our hobby, please don't upload it.
For a full statement of the Terms of Service please review THE PAGE HERE.
If, and only if, you are posting an image not related to stamp collecting on the one of the Stamp Bear sub-forums that may not specifically related to stamp collecting like "What are You Listening To" or " What are you Reading" or similar, we don't mind if you upload it as long as you put the image into a "Private" folder. That way, the image will still be shared in whatever post you place it, but will not be visible publicly. Several of you all already doing this and that is fine. As a matter of fact, I've seen quite a few images put in private folders that would perfectly alright in public folders. If it's about stamp collecting or your collection, share away. But, in the end it's what you want to do with it.
If you need help with placing images in a private folder I, or many members here can assist. Or, I can just do it for you.
I'm sorry I had to resort to "Call everyone out" post and I do not mean to offend anyone but I feel I've been a little lax lately enforcing the rules.
Again, I encourage everyone to review the Terms of Service.
