Many forgeries - but easy to spot
Generally the "Ne Pas Livrez Le Dimanche" - Do not deliver on Sunday is taken literally as no delivery on Sundays
In fact a Catholic gov't was in power and the stamps had a label to let the sender decide if it was to be delivered on Sunday - removing the label allowed delivery

1918 COB 147 perf 14 - comes in 2 varieties, the more common 5 Frank and the scarce 5 Franken
