No value-added collection that isn’t really worth the price can be complete without either a certificate of authenticity or certificate of numbered limited edition, or in this case, a certificate of appreciation (i.e., thanks for overpaying, because the only way you’ll be able to unload this is if someone is willing to pay for the shipping, because the shipping will cost more than the selling price).
The certificate wasn’t “hole-punched” to fit in the binder. Guess you were expected to frame it and put it on your wall? It was stuck in at the back of the binder. I almost missed it because a large stiff oversized brown endpage covered it up.
How do we know it's even you whom they appreciate, if they don't put your name on the certificate? I guess these are 'bearer" COA's. They appreciate whoever happens to hold the collection at any particular time.
