Hi stampers
Can anyone help with Christmas issue of 2008 the image is for SG2577 child making a snow angle this is from a set of 3 self adhesive and approx 35mm x 37mm the high value is $1.60 child tobogganing I do not have a copy at the moment, I have seen a image of the 1.60 design with a value of $1.85 is a vertical the image of the child is in a silver square frame.

Based on colnect

2008 Christmas issue

Snow angel no face value self adhesive SG 2577 (2577a from booklets), also ordinary gummed from sheetlet
Skiing face value 96 c self adhesive SG 2578 (2578a from booklets), also ordinary gummed from sheetlet
Tobogganing face value $ 1.60 self adhesive SG 2579 (2579a from booklets), also ordinary gummed from sheetlet

Mini sheet with three ordinary gummed stamps MS2580.

No sign of the $1.60 also having a face value variety of $ 1.85

It looks like a 5 November 2012 "frame" design of the Picture Postage set, with the 2008 Christmas stamp design used for the personalised part and a value instead of a P in a maple leaf.
Scott 2587, Gibbons does not assign numbers to personalised stamps, because they are not sold at face value. From 24 November $1.85 was used as a denomination.

Issued Nov 3, 2008.

Scott/Unitrade #2291 Souvenir Sheet of 3 - Water activated gum - perf 13.4.

Scott/Unitrade #2292 - (P) Nativity. Serpentine die-cut 13.4. Pane of 12.

Scott/Unitrade #2293 (P) Snow Angel. Serpentine die-cut 13.7, Pane of 12.

Scott/Unitrade #2294 96 cent. Serpentine die-cut 13.7, Pane of 6.

Scott/Unitrade #2295 $1.60. Serpentine die-cut 13.7. Pane of 6.

Above four stamps are all self adhesive.

And because Canada Post thought we all should have something different the 96c and $1.60 were issued in a gutter pane.

Stamps and perfs all the same as the others. Do we really need gutter panes?

Thanks for the pic. I have never even seen this stamp so I had to go digging.

Guess that's why I have never seen it before. In fact I missed the whole thing outside the normal stamps. Wasn't that big into computers and apps during that time period. As I keep saying, stay with this site and you will learn something every day.

Wonder how rare that stamp is. Can't be that many of them out there.
