Can anyone tell me what year the Michel Germany Specialized Catalog Volume 1 ends? I’m looking at the 2015 edition if that makes any difference.

As far as I know, Volume 1 (German edition) always ends in 1945 (fall of the Third Reich).
The German and English editions (both volumes) are not the same. Also, the German editions cover significantly more, at least for the last English edition I saw.
I do have the Michel Deutschland-Spezial 2015, both volumes, if you have any other specific questions or would like to see specific sample pages before you pull the trigger. The cover for volume 1 is shown below:
