k doesn't collect Cinderellas.
Allegheny County is where Pittsburgh is located. Officially created on 24Sep1788, it is the first Pennsylvania County with a Native American name. Of course, the fact that the Allegheny River flows through it probably contributed to the naming (just a little bit).
I have not seen a cinderella commemorating the county bicentennial in 1988.
