I'm trying to move some of my worldwide stamps from envelopes into my trusty Senior Stateswoman album and am realizing that I can't determine which of the stamps from the 1978 (?) USSR definitive series are lithographed and which aren't. (My album helpfully gives me spots for both.)
Could you point me in the direction of clear, reliable information on how to determine the difference? I suppose if I had access to a Scott Catalog I'd get information on size and perfs that could help me. Sadly, the catalogues are in the public library and I'm still on a stay-at-home order. (Let's call it what it is: I'm too lazy to get to the library in the heat!)
