Member Collections Board access

The Member Collections Board (and the Sub-boards contained within) in the Regional Stamp Discussion Forum is one of the few boards with post count requirements to participate. A rough overview of background/requirements:
-- Member Collections Board is only open to Full Members (minimum post count of 25)
-- not to be confused with Stamp Market Place Forum only open to Super Stampers (minimum post count of 50)
-- threads in Member Collections Board are intended for viewing, rather than discussion
-- to accommodate members who feel uncomfortable posting collections viewable to non-members or new members, the minimum post count of 25 was established
-- all other boards in the Regional Stamp Discussion Forum are open to any member/non-member viewing
-- if you have no problems with anybody viewing your collection, then post in any of the open region boards (we encourage members to post in the various region boards, as this helps Stamp Bears with Google Search status)
***if you posted in the Member Collections Board and change your mind and would like everyone to be able to see the thread, we can, at original poster's request, move the thread from the restricted Member Collections Board into the appropriate region discussion board (i.e., Germany, Canada, Africa...)
